本プライバシーポリシーは、menpass（メンパス）（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザー情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 収集する情報

1.1 ユーザーが提供する情報

• 面接設定情報: オンボーディングで選択された面接タイプ・職種・業界
• 回答データ: 面接練習時の回答テキストおよび音声データ（AI評価のためサーバーに送信されますが、保存はされません）
• 自己紹介文: ユーザーが作成した自己紹介文（端末内のみに保存）

• 練習履歴・スコア: 練習の結果とスコア（端末内のみに保存）
• 購入情報: サブスクリプションの購入状態（RevenueCatが管理）
• 広告識別子: 広告配信のために使用（無料ユーザーのみ。Proプラン会員は対象外）

• AIによる面接回答の評価・フィードバックの生成
• アプリ体験の改善

本アプリは面接練習の評価機能を提供するため、以下のとおり第三者AIサービスにデータを送信します：

送信されるデータ：

• 面接練習時の回答テキスト

• 面接タイプ・職種・業界等のプロフィール情報

送信先：

• OpenAI: OpenAI APIに送信され、AIによる評価・フィードバックが生成されます。
• Anthropic, PBC（米国カリフォルニア州サンフランシスコ所在）: Anthropic APIに送信され、AIによる評価・フィードバックが生成されます。

送信されたデータはリアルタイム処理のみに使用され、各サービスにおいて永続的に保存されることはありません。また、送信されたデータがAIモデルのトレーニングに使用されることはありません。各第三者サービスは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに基づき、同等のデータ保護措置を講じています。

5. ユーザーの同意

本アプリでは、第三者AIサービスへデータを送信する前に、アプリ内でユーザーの明示的な同意を取得します。

初回の面接練習時に、送信されるデータの内容と送信先を明示した同意ダイアログを表示し、ユーザーが同意した場合のみデータの送信を行います。

6. データの保存

• サーバー側: 回答データはAIによる評価処理後に保持されません。
• 端末側: 練習履歴・スコア・自己紹介文は端末内に保存されます。アプリを削除すると、すべてのデータが消去されます。

7. アカウントについて

本アプリはログインを必要としません。氏名、メールアドレス等の個人を特定する情報は収集しません。

8. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満の方は本アプリを使用しないでください。

9. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内で通知します。

• Self-introduction: Self-introduction text you create (stored only on your device)

• Practice history & scores: Practice results and scores (stored only on your device)
• Purchase information: Subscription status (managed by RevenueCat)
• Advertising identifier: Used for ad delivery (free users only; Pro plan members are excluded)

This app sends data to third-party AI services to provide interview evaluation features:

Data sent:

• Interview response text
• Self-introduction text
• Text converted from voice input
• Profile information such as interview type, job category, and industry

Recipients:

• OpenAI: Data is sent to the OpenAI API to generate AI-powered evaluation and feedback.
• Anthropic, PBC (based in San Francisco, California, USA): Data is sent to the Anthropic API to generate AI-powered evaluation and feedback.

Data sent to these services is used only for real-time processing and is not permanently stored by them. The data sent is not used for training AI models. Each third-party service provides equivalent data protection measures in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

5. User Consent

This app obtains explicit user consent within the app before sending data to third-party AI services.

When you use the interview practice feature for the first time, a consent dialog is displayed that clearly states what data will be sent and to which services. Data is only transmitted after you provide your consent.

6. Data Storage

• Server-side: Response data is not retained after AI evaluation processing.
• Device-side: Practice history, scores, and self-introduction are stored on your device. Deleting the app erases all data.

7. About Accounts

This app does not require login. We do not collect personally identifiable information such as names or email addresses.

8. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use this app.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated without notice. Significant changes will be notified within the app.
