基本的な使い方

Q. 無料で何ができますか？

1日1回の面接練習と、自己紹介文の作成機能をご利用いただけます。

Q. データはどこに保存されますか？

練習履歴やスコアはお使いの端末内に保存されます。アプリを削除すると、すべてのデータが消去されます。

Proプラン

Q. Proプランの解約方法は？

iPhoneの「設定」→ Apple ID → 「サブスクリプション」から解約できます。

トラブルシューティング

Q. 音声入力が動きません

iPhoneの「設定」→「menpass」→「マイク」の許可がオンになっているか確認してください。

Q. 練習回数がリセットされません

練習回数は日付が変わるとリセットされます。アプリを一度再起動してお試しください。

Basic Usage

Q. What can I do for free?

You can use one interview practice session per day and the self-introduction creation feature.

Q. Where is my data stored?

Practice history and scores are stored on your device. Deleting the app will erase all data.

Pro Plan

Q. How do I cancel the Pro plan?

Go to iPhone "Settings" → Apple ID → "Subscriptions" to cancel.

Troubleshooting

Q. Voice input is not working

Check that microphone permission is enabled in iPhone "Settings" → "menpass" → "Microphone".

Q. My practice count hasn't reset

Practice count resets at the start of each day. Please try restarting the app.
