利用規約 - ダメージ計算CH for ポケモンチャンピオンズ

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ダメージ計算CH for ポケモンチャンピオンズ（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本規約をよくお読みください。本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. サービス内容

本アプリはポケモンチャンピオンズの非公式ダメージ計算ツールです。

株式会社ポケモン、任天堂、GAME FREAKとは一切関係ありません。

2. 免責事項

計算結果の正確性について保証するものではありません。
本アプリの利用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。
ゲームのアップデートにより計算結果が実際と異なる場合があります。

3. 知的財産

ポケモンに関する権利は株式会社ポケモン、任天堂、GAME FREAKに帰属します。
本アプリはファンメイドの非公式ツールです。

4. データ

端末内のデータはユーザーの責任で管理してください。
アプリの削除によりデータは失われます。

5. 禁止事項

以下の行為を禁止します：

本アプリの不正利用
リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
本アプリの機能を利用した違法行為
その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為

6. 利用規約の変更

本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後に本アプリを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

7. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従い解釈されるものとします。

8. App内課金について

1. 提供している購入

当アプリでは「広告を消す」（買い切り、¥300）を提供しています。一度の購入でアプリ内のバナー広告が永続的に非表示になります。サブスクリプションではなく、月額・年額の継続課金は発生しません。

2. 購入処理

すべての購入は Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。支払いはユーザーの Apple ID に紐づく支払い方法に課金されます。購入の詳細は Apple の App Store & iTunes Store の利用規約に従います。

3. 購入の復元

同一の Apple ID であれば、再インストール時や別端末でも購入を復元できます。設定タブ →「広告を消す」→「購入を復元する」から実行可能です。

4. 返金について

購入の返金は Apple のポリシーに従って Apple に直接申請いただきます。当方では返金処理を行うことができません。返金申請方法は Apple サポートをご確認ください。

5. 価格について

価格は予告なく変更される場合があります。購入時点の価格が適用されます。為替レート等により、国・地域により価格が異なる場合があります。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Damage Calc CH for Pokémon Champions ("the App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This App is an unofficial damage calculator tool for Pokémon Champions.

This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or GAME FREAK in any way.

2. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculation results.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this App.
Calculation results may differ from actual game values due to game updates.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights related to Pokémon belong to The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, and GAME FREAK.
This App is a fan-made, unofficial tool.

4. Data

Users are responsible for managing data stored on their devices.
Deleting the App will result in loss of all data.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

Unauthorized use of the App
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling
Illegal activities using the App's features
Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the operator

6. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated without notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

8. In-App Purchases

1. Available Purchase

The App offers "Remove Ads" (one-time purchase, ¥300). A single purchase permanently hides in-app banner ads. This is not a subscription; no monthly or annual recurring charges apply.

2. Payment Processing

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to the payment method linked to your Apple ID. Purchases are governed by Apple's App Store & iTunes Store Terms of Service.

3. Restoring Purchases

You can restore purchases on reinstallation or another device using the same Apple ID. Go to Settings tab → "Remove Ads" → "Restore Purchase".

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled directly by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies. We cannot process refunds. For refund instructions, see Apple Support.

5. Pricing

Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of purchase applies. Prices may vary by country or region due to exchange rates and other factors.
