本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ココロログ（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本規約をよくお読みください。
1. サービスの説明
本アプリは、AIを活用したジャーナル・セルフケアサービスを提供します。主な機能：
- AIチャットによる日々の振り返り
- 思考パターンの分析・可視化
- ジャーナル履歴の保存・管理
2. 利用条件
- 本アプリを利用するには、13歳以上である必要があります
- 本規約に同意いただく必要があります
- 日本国内法および居住国の法律を遵守してご利用ください
3. アカウントと料金
3.1 無料プラン
- 1日3回までのAIチャット
- 思考パターン分析
- ジャーナル履歴閲覧
- 広告が表示されます
3.2 Proプラン（有料プラン）
- 無制限のAIチャット
- 詳細な振り返りレポート
- 広告非表示
- すべての機能にアクセス
- 月額または年額料金が発生します
3.3 サブスクリプションについて
- 購入確認時にApple IDアカウントに請求されます
- 現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、サブスクリプションは自動的に更新されます
- サブスクリプションの管理およびキャンセルは、購入後にApp Storeのアカウント設定から行えます
- 無料トライアル期間がある場合、未使用分はサブスクリプション購入時に失効します
4. 禁止事項
以下の行為を禁止します：
- 違法、有害、脅迫的、虐待的、嫌がらせ、不法行為、中傷的、下品、わいせつな内容の入力
- 他者の権利を侵害する行為
- 本アプリの不正使用、リバースエンジニアリング、改ざん
- 自動化ツールによる大量アクセス
- 商用目的での無断利用
5. 知的財産権
- 本アプリおよびそのコンテンツの知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します
- ユーザーが入力したジャーナル内容の著作権はユーザーに帰属します
6. 免責事項
6.1 分析結果について
- 本アプリの分析結果は、セルフケアの参考目的です
- 医学的、心理学的な専門的アドバイスではありません
- 心身の不調がある場合は、専門家にご相談ください
6.2 サービスの可用性
- 本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます
- サービスの中断、エラー、データ損失について、当社は責任を負いません
- メンテナンスや改善のため、予告なくサービスを停止する場合があります
6.3 AI生成コンテンツ
- AIによる分析結果やフィードバックは、常に正確または適切であるとは限りません
- 生成されたコンテンツの利用は、ユーザーの責任において行ってください
7. 損害賠償
本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当社は法律で認められる最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。
8. 規約の変更
当社は、本規約を随時変更する権利を有します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内で通知します。変更後も本アプリを継続して利用することで、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
9. 準拠法と管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kokorolog ("the App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
1. Service Description
The App provides AI-powered journaling and self-care services, including:
- Daily reflection through AI chat
- Thought pattern analysis and visualization
- Journal history management
2. Usage Conditions
- You must be 13 years or older to use this App
- You must agree to these Terms
- You must comply with applicable laws
3. Accounts and Fees
3.1 Free Plan
- Up to 3 AI chat sessions per day
- Thought pattern analysis
- Journal history viewing
- Ads will be displayed
3.2 Pro Plan (Paid Plan)
- Unlimited AI chat
- Detailed reflection reports
- Ad-free experience
- Access to all features
- Monthly or yearly subscription fee applies
3.3 Subscription Terms
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon subscription purchase
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- Submitting illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene content
- Infringing on others' rights
- Unauthorized use, reverse engineering, or tampering with the App
- Mass automated access
- Unauthorized commercial use
5. Intellectual Property
- Intellectual property rights of the App and its content belong to us or rightful owners
- Copyright of journal content you submit belongs to you
6. Disclaimers
6.1 Analysis Results
- Analysis results are for self-care reference purposes only
- They do not constitute professional medical or psychological advice
- Consult professionals if you have physical or mental health concerns
6.2 Service Availability
- The App is provided "as is"
- We are not responsible for service interruptions, errors, or data loss
- Service may be suspended without notice for maintenance or improvements
6.3 AI-Generated Content
- AI analysis results and feedback may not always be accurate or appropriate
- Use generated content at your own responsibility
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the App to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Japanese law, with Japanese courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
