本プライバシーポリシーは、Yumetoki（夢解き）（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザー情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 収集する情報

夢の内容: 診断のために入力された夢のテキスト
診断履歴: 過去の診断結果と生成された画像

デバイス情報: デバイスの種類、OSバージョン、言語設定
利用状況: アプリの使用頻度、機能の利用状況

4. AIサービスへのデータ送信

本アプリは夢の診断機能を提供するため、以下のとおり第三者AIサービスにデータを送信します：

夢の分析: ユーザーが入力した夢のテキストは、OpenAI API（GPT-4o-mini）に送信され、心理学的な夢分析が生成されます。
画像生成: AIが夢の内容を要約して生成した英語の画像プロンプトは、Replicate API（flux-schnell）に送信され、夢のイメージ画像が生成されます。

送信されたデータはリアルタイム処理のみに使用され、各サービスにおいて永続的に保存されることはありません。各第三者サービスは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに基づきデータを取り扱います。

5. ユーザーの同意

本アプリでは、第三者AIサービスへデータを送信する前に、アプリ内でユーザーの明示的な同意を取得します。

初回の夢診断時に、送信されるデータの内容と送信先を明示した同意ダイアログを表示し、ユーザーが同意した場合のみデータの送信を行います。

6. データの保存

診断履歴: デバイス内に保存されます
サーバー送信データ: 夢の内容は診断処理のためサーバーに送信されますが、処理後は保存されません
生成画像: 一時的にクラウドに保存され、一定期間後に削除されます

7. データの削除

アプリ内の「設定」→「すべての履歴を削除」から診断履歴を削除できます
アプリをアンインストールすると、デバイス内のすべてのデータが削除されます

8. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満の方は本アプリを使用しないでください。

9. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内で通知します。

4. Data Sent to AI Services

This app sends data to third-party AI services to provide dream analysis features:

Dream Analysis: The dream text you enter is sent to the OpenAI API (GPT-4o-mini) to generate a psychological dream analysis.
Image Generation: An English image prompt summarized by the AI from your dream content is sent to the Replicate API (flux-schnell) to generate a dream imagery.

Data sent to these services is used only for real-time processing and is not permanently stored by them. Each third-party service handles data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

5. User Consent

This app obtains explicit user consent within the app before sending data to third-party AI services.

When you use the dream analysis feature for the first time, a consent dialog is displayed that clearly states what data will be sent and to which services. Data is only transmitted after you provide your consent.

6. Data Storage

Analysis history: Stored on your device
Server-sent data: Dream content is sent to servers for processing but not stored after processing
Generated images: Temporarily stored in the cloud and deleted after a certain period

7. Data Deletion

You can delete analysis history from "Settings" → "Delete All History"
Uninstalling the app deletes all data from your device

8. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use this app.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated without notice. Significant changes will be notified within the app.
